At Minahil Ali, we believe in the superior quality and 40% concentration of our fragrances. We want you to experience our scents with total confidence. If the fragrance does not meet your expectations after the first spray, you may return the bottle within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions
To maintain our luxury standards, we ask that returns adhere to the following:
- Usage: The bottle must be at least 95% full. We allow for a few sprays to test the scent, but we cannot accept bottles that have been significantly used.
- Condition: The bottle, cap, and spray mechanism must be in perfect physical condition (no scratches or cracks).
- Original Packaging: The return must include the original luxury box in a resalable condition.
How to Process Your Return
- Email Us: Notify us at info@minahilali.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Courier: Send the item back via a traceable courier (at the customer’s expense) to ensure it reaches us safely.
- Refund: Once our quality control team verifies the bottle’s condition and volume, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any damage to the bottle or box will result in a partial deduction from the refund amount.
